The Full Home Inspection is the most popular.  We inspect the entire house from the ground up.  Here are the major items we inspect(interior and exterior as applicable and visible): Foundations, walls, light fixtures, switches, windows, doors, floors, ceilings, trusses, visible sheathing, insulation, appliances, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, chimneys, roofs, soffits, landscaping(as it affects foundation), grading, Air Conditioning Units(HVAC), ductwork and operation, Electrical panel and wiring, garage door and door opener.  

Insurance inspections cover very basic items.  There are specific forms that are used for these inspections.  As an inspector we simply fill out the forms which are most times a yes or no answer.  These are basic inspections that usually require pictures also.  These pictures are attached to the appropriate form and sent to you and your insurance company as needed.  We can add any insurance inspection onto a full inspection at a discounted price.  We can also provide the insurance inspections as a stand alone service as requested.
